Brand: German Sutter
Model: BM780II
New generation radiofrequency technology, precise, minimally invasive, safe - the preferred choice for minimally invasive surgery!

Features of German Sutter Low-Temperature Radiofrequency Knife:
Low Temperature: Low operating temperature, no carbonization, minimal thermal damage
Minimally Invasive: Automatically adjusts RF output to maintain constant power, reducing unnecessary tissue damage
Non-Adhesive: Automatic radiofrequency bipolar function prevents tissue carbonization and adhesion caused by excessive electrocoagulation
Precise and Safe: AuToRF™ intelligent control for short and precise power output, preventing damage to the nervous system
Multi-Functional: Integrates three functions: cutting, coagulation, and ablation

Principle of High-Frequency and Radiofrequency Cell Destruction:
The radiofrequency knife's main unit generates radiofrequency waves, creating a small radio wave field between the emitter and the receiving antenna plate. When radiofrequency waves encounter water molecules within cells, the resistance generated by the water molecules converts the wave energy into mechanical energy inside the cell, causing instantaneous intense oscillation of water molecules. The intracellular water transitions from liquid to gas in an instant, leading to cell rupture due to the expansion of water molecule volume. This results in precise cutting, coagulation, and ablation effects. Unlike electrosurgical knives that generate thermal energy, radiofrequency-converted vibrational thermal energy is produced within the tissue and is low-temperature (40-70°C), with the radiofrequency emitter itself not heating up.

AuToRF™ Automatic Radiofrequency Monopolar Output Function:
The BM-780II radiofrequency knife automatically adjusts RF output based on real-time measurement of tissue resistance, maintaining constant output power according to the varying tissue structures of the lesion area, reducing unnecessary tissue damage, and ensuring safety and reliability.

Automatic Radiofrequency Bipolar Coagulation Technology:
During bipolar coagulation, the output power decreases with the degree of electrocoagulation and tissue dryness. When coagulation is successful, the power output automatically and rapidly reduces to the minimum value, which is one-fourth of the initially set power, and automatically stops output. This prevents tissue carbonization and adhesion caused by excessive electrocoagulation.

Clinical Applications:
Plastic Surgery (Blepharoplasty, facial plastic surgery, breast augmentation, etc.)
Dermatologic Surgery (Removal of hemangiomas, telangiectasia, various moles, tumors, skin growths, keloids, subcutaneous cysts, hypertrophic lichen planus, prurigo nodularis, hyperkeratosis, pyogenic granuloma, etc.)
